2:25 - 2:40 Join Kim Niblett as she answers your family's nutrition concerns as well as addressing the signs that baby is ready for food, how to set up a feeding schedule, what foods to start with and how to prepare healthy meals for a family when time is stretched.

2:55 - 3:05 Babywearing 101 Join us as we learn about the benefits of babywearing, the different carrier styles available, how to choose the best carrier for you and your baby, and safety considerations while babywearing. Having issues with your carrier, bring it in and Tamara will help you troubleshoot.

Massage Therapy and The Power of Touch: Learn how to manage pregnancy, labour and postpartum discomforts. Nicole will also talk about the benefits of massaging your baby in utero and how infant massage can benefit the health and well being of the baby and the relationship you develop with them.

3:50 - 4:20 7 Steps to Slumber: Sleep Expectations and Solutions for Babies, Toddlers and Preschoolers. As well as gentle, science-based strategies to get better sleep.

4:20 - 4:35 Best Beginnings; Find out all of the wonderful ways Doulas support families so that they can enjoy rather than endure baby's first few months.

4:35 - 4:50 The Momstown Study: How getting involved and having fun in the community helps moms avoid PPD, improves their parenting skills and makes them happier, better mommies.
